14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, received the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@chosen-notlucky.de with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. Please include your order number so that we can process your request.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, the goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw.

Please contact us before sending your return so that we can provide you with the necessary return instructions.
Unless otherwise stated or agreed by us, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising their statutory right of withdrawal.
You may inspect and try on an item in the same way you would in a physical store. You may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the item beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order after receiving it.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at support@chosen-notlucky.de and include your order number and, where possible, photographs showing the issue.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate solution. Where the goods are defective or incorrect, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Exceptions
The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods where an applicable legal exception exists. This may include, for example, goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised goods and certain sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once the seal has been removed.
